Which corporations

Business corporations under the Canada Business Corporations Act whose current status is “Active - Dissolution Pending (Non-compliance)” and whose last annual return was filed for 2022 or later. Not-for-profit corporations, cooperatives, numbered companies, schools, health and care providers are left out.

It can still be stopped

A corporation that files its overdue annual returns is usually kept on the register.

What is not here

Names of directors or any individual. Street addresses. Corporations already dissolved.
